Vaping wedding photos are the new trend in wedding planning. What are your thoughts on that?
So, apparently wedding vaping photos are now a
trend — and a big one. Simply run a quick Google Search for vaping wedding
images and you will find plenty of vapor art to illustrate what the trend is
all about.
Photos of people vaping are, by far, not a new
thing. Go to Instagram and you will see posts of people vaping rings, tornados and even
waterfalls of clouds — some with hundreds of thousands of likes.
Vaping wedding photo trend, however, is a
thing of its own and a mini-industry as well. You can now even hire a vaping
wedding planner, read up on some best practices in a vaping wedding etiquette
guide or even get your hands on a seasonal guide to vaping at weddings. It’s a
whole thing.
So, how do you take a vape wedding photo?
If you or your better half (or both) are
seasoned vapers, you probably already have that part figured out. But if you
are not and just want to try this out for effects, there are some things you
may want to know.
The one thing that will probably matter the
most for your vaping wedding picture would be the clouds. The more of them, the
better. Here are a few tips for blowing Instagram-worthy vape clouds:
Go with the e-liquid that has a high VG
(vegetable glycerin) content. VG is the substance that is “responsible” for
cloud production: higher the VG ratio is in your e-juice, the more vapor the
device will be able to generate. If your e-liquid contains less than 20% VG,
you will not be blowing huge flavor clouds.
Use a larger mod or, at least, a hybrid.
Compact pod mods like iQ Air may be great for use on-the-go, but they won't let
you blow lots of vapor. Consider getting or borrowing a more powerful mod for
the occasion. And, if it allows for variable settings, set the power setting to
high (60W) and increase the airflow.
Check out some photo ideas on Instagram. If
you are new to vaping, blowing large good-looking clouds may be challenging at
first. Luckily, there are quite a few accounts on Instagram that show you how
to perform simple vaping tricks and explain the techniques behind them.
Finally, clean your vaping gadget before use,
load it with fresh e-liquid and get ready for your photo session.
Then again, you can always hire a professional
vaping wedding planner to do all the heavy lifting for you.
But what does the Internet think?
The web community seems to be rather divided
over the new photo trend. Some find it cool, some find it disgusting, some are
reading this post and forming their own opinion :-)
We think that the vaping clouds do create some
very interesting effects in photos — whether you take them at a wedding or not.
Will
the trend last? It's hard to say. Tweets of vaping wedding photos first made a
splash in February of 2019 and we are still talking about them today. So… you
might want to allocate a small vaping budget for the big day.
